Return & Exchange Policy

We promise to accept returns and exchanges in the following situations (within 7 days from the date of receipt):

Product has quality issues;

Damage caused during transportation;

Wrong item sent, but does not affect resale.

The following situations are not eligible for 7-day no-reason returns:

Personalized custom-made items;

Used items (electronic products are considered used if powered on);

Product has worn appearance;

Packaging is severely damaged, affecting resale;

Other types of items unsuitable for return.

📮 How to Apply

Returns for personal reasons: Send an email to our after-sales email address within 7 days of receipt. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

Returns for quality issues: Also send an email within 7 days. Return shipping costs are covered by us.

Refund processing: After the courier company receives the returned item, we will process the refund within 15 business days.

Please include your order number, name, phone number, and reason for return in the email.
